• Discord User IDs and usernames
• Server (guild) IDs
• Check-in timestamps
• Planning Center profile/event identifiers (as provided by your integration)

2. How We Use Your Data

The data is used solely to facilitate check-ins between Discord and Planning Center. It may also be used to enforce moderation commands through Discord (if enabled).

3. Data Storage

• No persistent user data is stored long-term unless explicitly configured by the organization.
• Any temporary storage (e.g., for queueing) is cleared regularly and securely.

4. Sharing of Data

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• Your data is never shared with third parties unless legally required.
• We may share data internally within your organization if it is part of your Planning Center integration.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, including HTTPS, secure authentication tokens, and limited logging practices.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. We will comply unless prevented by security, operational, or legal constraints.

7. Youth Privacy

This service is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. If we learn that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 18, it will be deleted promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
